A savory senbei made with select ingredients starting with wild-caught shrimp that are left unshelled to bring out maximum shrimp flavor. The dough is made with 100% domestic flour and Miyako salt from Iwate Prefecture, and a special sauce made in collaboration with the Sapporo tempura restaurant Ebiten is brushed on top of the freshly-baked senbei.
