Iwateya’s traditional sesame senbei coated with a sweet soy sauce. The soy sauce is from Sasacho Soy Sauce Brewery in Iwate Prefecture, which has a history spanning over a hundred years. The soy sauce is made with Iwate soybeans and Hayachine mineral water taken from the base of Mt. Hayachine in Hanamaki, Iwate Prefecture. It pairs beautifully with the simple taste of sesame senbei.
